Dr. Vinita Mane is a medical doctor who completed her BHMS from the Maharashtra University of Health Science and further certified herself in Nutrition & Dietetics and Yoga with an affiliation of GCTA (Australia).
After completing her B.H.M.S. Dr. Vinita Mane began her journey into the world of medicine and patient care. Working in various established medical institutions for more than a decade, she observed how unregulated lifestyle habits manifested in several chronic health conditions including diabetes, hypertension, inflammation, fatty liver, etc. impacting the overall quality of life.
This caused her to dig deeper into holistic lifestyle habits, motivating her to pursue additional certifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and Yoga. Combining her vast knowledge in medicine and her passion for holistic treatments, today Dr. Vinita consults with patients suffering from hormonal and regulatory disorders such as obesity, PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, and hypertension and provides guidance on better eating and lifestyle habits, that helps to improve their overall metabolism and motivates them to lead healthier lives.
A fitness enthusiast herself, Dr. Vinita has first hand experienced the benefits of healthy habits, balanced diets and daily movements for her physical and mental well-being as she strives to share her knowledge and bring about a positive change in the lives of the people she works with.
